Justin LaJoie is the founder and CEO of Diverse Solutions, a privately-held web based software development company that's focused on creating innovative ways of using technology in real estate.

Prior to starting Diverse Solutions in 2005, Justin was the Director of Software Engineering and Technology for Advanced Access, a leading website provider. In the five years he was there, he helped them grow from 2,500 clients to over 35,000 clients.

Justin's enthusiasm for technology developed at an early age and has been a driving force in his career. With his strong background in business development and programming, and a keen ability to use his intuition to create real estate products that wow not only REALTORS® but consumers, Justin LaJoie began Diverse Solutions. He quickly built a team of talented programmers, designers, sales and customer service representatives that worked very hard together to develop some of the real estate industry's most recognized products -- including their IDX product, dsSearchAgent.
