About Constance
Constance Freedman is the Managing Director of Second Century Ventures (SCV), the strategic investment arm of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).
Constance leads all investment activity for SCV and is responsible for creating and managing its Accelerator Program, REach™. She is active on all of SCV portfolio companies’ boards including DocuSign, Xceligent, Ifbphone and Symform. In addition to managing Second Century Ventures and REach™, Constance is also the Vice President of Strategic Investments for NAR where she assists NAR in assessing and executing key strategic initiatives including acquisitions, incubating new businesses and overseeing NAR investments made prior to establishing SCV. Constance comes to Second Century Ventures with a background in Venture Capital, Technology and Real Estate. Prior to joining SCV, Constance was an investor with Cue Ball, an early and growth stage investment fund focused on the information services and consumer sectors. Constance began her career at technology start-ups Molecular (backed by CMGI, acquired by Isobar) and Account4.com (acquired by Lawson) and was a licensed real estate professional for three years. Constance is on the Advisory Board for the National Venture Capital Association’s Corporate Venturing Group and is on the board of overseers for the non-profit, From the Top.
Constance earned a BS from Boston University and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
