Chris Gough is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory in the fintech, proptech and vertical software markets. He has nearly 20 years of technology advisory experience across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Chris has been one of the most active M&A advisors in the proptech market, having advised on the sales of ShowingTime, Skyslope, dotloop, Commissions, Inc., Lone Wolf, Inside Real Estate, ATTOM Data, Propertybase, Remine, zipLogix and zipRealty, amongst others.
Previously, Chris was a Managing Director and a member of the Executive Committee at GCA Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Prior to joining GCA, he was an enterprise software consultant.
Chris holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Duke University.
