My mission as a Certified Real Estate Instructor is to empower and equip agent entrepreneurs to outproduce their best results in business! Thriving in the real estate industry for 23 consecutive years simply means I've seen many mistakes to avoid, and I am energized by the future of real estate moving forward. I am Dana B. Cadena, certified real estate trainer, Broker associate in sales production, and recently named: Chief Training Officer of a groundbreaking independent brokerage platform entitled Lifestyle International Realty. In leadership, I serve as the Women's Council of Realtors President in Middlesex County, New Jersey. I am also the proud co-founder of "kw-CHISPA" the Coalition of Hispanics for progressive action. Plus, I am a moderator for Inman. I proudly moderate content for the National Black Realtor Network and am certified to lead wealth building to youth, which I often lead in underserved areas. My passion is to deliver value to Realtors, daily. Dana has proudly helped Monmouth County homeowners and homebuyers move since the Spring season of the year 2005 and takes great pride in helping families move!
