Plains Mall sells in Mass.

Spaulding & Slye Colliers negotiated the sale of the 92,249-square-foot Plains Mall Shopping Center in Milford, Mass.

The value of the transaction was $8.7 million.

The neighborhood grocery-anchored center is located at the intersection of Routes 109 and 116. Built in 1990, Plains Mall began major renovations in 2001 that included a new facade and the development of outparcels for several fast food restaurants and a freestanding drugstore. A 60,000-square-foot Victory Supermarket anchored the property at the time of sale. Other retail tenants include Brooks Drug, Blockbuster Video and Subway.

Estes-Sheridan Limited Partnership sold the property to L.P.L. LLC.

Spaulding & Slye Colliers Senior Vice President James M. Koury exclusively represented the seller in the transaction.

Boston-based Spaulding & Slye Colliers is an integrated real estate services company.
