U.S. Inspect expands into New Jersey

U.S. Inspect today announced it has expanded its presence into the New Jersey market with the acquisition of Ecological Residential & Commercial Inspections and Gotham Home & Building Inspection Service.

Owner and president of Ecological, Mike Fitzpatrick, will be the new area manager for U.S. Inspect in New Jersey.

Mike conducted his first inspection in 1974 and has personally conducted more than 14,000 home inspections, and more than 8,000 environmental inspections. He has a master’s degree in community health and planning, provides corporate-level training for the national real estate industry on a variety of topics, and is in his fifth year serving on the New Jersey State Home Inspector Advisory Committee.

Peggy Fitzpatrick, president of Gotham and former director of marketing for Gotham and Ecological, will head all marketing efforts for the New Jersey area as area sales manager for U.S. Inspect in New Jersey. She has a B.S. in education and is also an active affiliate member of both the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors and Passaic County Board of Realtors.

Ecological and Gotham will be in a period of transition until Ecological/U.S. Inspect and Gotham/U.S. Inspect are fully integrated under the U.S. Inspect name.
