Cushman & Wakefield arranges Stone Mountain sale

Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the sale of Stone Mountain Square, a 336,663-square-foot community center in Stone Mountain, Ga.

The value of the transaction was $28.1 million.

Stone Mountain Square was built in 1991 and is situated on 38.7 acres. The center is located in the southwest quadrant of Stone Mountain Freeway (U.S. 78) and East Park Place.

The center is anchored by Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Staples, Rugged Warehouse, Old Navy, Media Play and Bally’s.

Cushman & Wakefield investment sales specialists Jim Michalak and Patrick Berman represented the seller, New RonStone. Kris Cooper and Margaret Coldwell, of Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta office assisted in this transaction. The buyer was Stone Mountain Acquisition LLC, based in Brooklyn, N.Y.
