One State Street sells in Boston

Spaulding & Slye Colliers negotiated the sale of One State Street, a 62,213-square-foot office building in Boston, Mass.

The value of the transaction was $13 million.

The 14-story property was built in 1928 and includes 3,603 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

Nathan R. Miller Properties sold the property to Adams Court Associates.

Among the building’s 20 tenants are Sandulli, Grace, Shapiro, Horwitz & Davidson P.C.; Badger, Dolan, Parker & Cohen; Kudirka & Jobse; and American Express.

Spaulding & Slye Colliers is an integrated real estate services company.
