Real estate tip: Buyers, sellers must be committed

Do some serious soul-searching if you keep getting close to buying a home, but end up turning down one after another. You could be a victim of the approach-avoidance syndrome that afflicts many prospective buyers. Purchasing a home means making a big commitment. If you find that you are talking yourself out of buying homes, the problem may be your fear of making a commitment. Examine your reasons for wanting to buy a house and go over your finances again. If this doesn’t reassure you, you may be wasting your time for now.
