Boulder Group closes multiple deals

The Boulder Group arranged three property dispositions totaling 101,215 square feet in Illinois, Florida and Oklahoma.

The total value of the transactions was $12.9 million.

In Temple Terrace, Fla., an $8.16 million sale was consummated for an 85,725-square-foot single tenant property on which Coca Cola Enterprises holds a 20-year triple net lease. A Canadian institutional investor purchased the property.

In Weatherford, Okla., a $4.65 million sale was consummated for a 14,490-square-foot single tenant property on which Walgreen’s holds a 25-year triple net lease. A Chicago investor purchased the property.

In Ridott, Ill., a $102,500 sale was consummated for a 1,000-square-foot single tenant property on which The United States Postal Service holds a 13-year double net lease. A Los Angeles investor purchased the property as part of a 1031 exchange arising from the sale of an apartment property.
