Colliers brokers S.F. Bay Area purchases

Colliers International arranged the sale of two industrial deals in northern California totaling approximately 209,736 square feet.

Colliers represented both the buyer and seller in the 97,500-square-foot sale of 22300 Lewis Ave. in Union City, Calif. Pro Foods purchased the warehouse from Great Western Eagle Property for approximately $7 million, making this transaction one of the largest in Union City this year.

Pro Foods, the largest importer of mangos from the Philippines, will use 22300 Lewis Ave. for storage and distribution of its products.

Colliers represented the buyer and seller in the sale of three industrial buildings in Benicia’s Fleetside Business Center. The buildings, located at 5200, 5300 & 5400 Lake Herman Court, Benicia, Calif., were sold to RREEF America LLC. The terms of the sale were undisclosed.

RREEF America LLC purchased the commercial buildings totaling approximately 112,236 square feet for investment purposes. RREEF will re-map the project for the sale and lease of industrial condominiums.

Evergreen Management Group was the seller.
