Real Living grows in Ohio

Ohio-based Real Living Inc., one of the top-10 largest residential real estate brokerages in the nation, launches new partnerships with two Ohio realty companies. Baldwin Realty and Ricketts & Co., both in Ohio, are the latest partners in the Real Living network. Real Living, which has over 100 offices in the Midwest and in Florida is the largest residential real estate firm in the Midwest, with about 5,000 sales associates and employees and about $7 billion in annual sales.

Anita Ricketts, broker-owner of Ricketts & Co., is a former Re/Max agent who partnered with Real Living to launch her own brokerage, according to a Real Living announcement. “When researching franchisors, I found that Real Living can provide the tools and services needed to help agents and brokerages become successful, while at the same time providing the name recognition of the fastest growing real estate brand in the country,” Ricketts said.

Harley E. Rouda Jr., CEO and managing partner of Real Living, said both of the new partners “are committed to growth and understand that in order to be successful in this industry, you have to passionately believe that agents are central to the real estate process.” Real Living agents with full access to the company’s online tools average 24 transaction sides per year, according to company statistics, compared with a national average of 12 transaction sides.

In February, Real Living announced new partnerships with firms in Indiana and New Jersey, representing the network’s first expansion into those states.
