Spaulding & Slye Colliers has negotiated the lease and sale of 1000-1200 Technology Park Drive, a 139,180-square-foot office and showrooms building in Billerica, Mass.

The Gift & Decorative Accessories Center Association, an organization of manufacturers’ sales agencies, leased the two-story facility as its new permanent headquarters.
