Logistics co. signs leases in Eden Prairie

C.H. Robinson Worldwide, a third-party logistics company, signed two leases in Eden Prairie, Minn. The two leases were for 98,007 square feet of space at Flying Cloud Corporate Center, which includes construction of a 58,000 square-foot building on the campus, and 67,333 square feet of space at the City Center office building located at 8100 Mitchell Road.

 

The transactions were negotiated by Charles Daggett and Dina Boscardin, managing partners for Mohr Partners. Liberty Property Trust, represented by David Jellison and Bradley Butler, is the landlord for the Flying Cloud Corporate Center location. The City of Eden Prairie, represented by Terrence Kingston and Doug Fulton of Northstar Partners, is the landlord for the City Center transaction.

 

C.H. Robinson Worldwide was founded in 1905 and provides multimodal transportation and logistics services. The company operates through a network of 150 offices in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia and had gross revenues of $3.3 billion in 2002.
