More info on real estate foreclosures

Foreclosure.com, an online residential foreclosure property information resource, today unveiled enhancements to its Web site. The company has increased the foreclosure property information on its state, county and details pages.

Web site subscribers now receive an instant display of total foreclosures and auction properties for each state and county within the state when viewing the state level page.

Enhancements to the county level page include a “days on the market” column and an investment value column, which uses previous sales numbers and tax roll information to indicate the potential investment value of a property. In addition, Foreclosure.com subscribers can view property status, photos, type of property, property details, address information, price and number of bedrooms and bathrooms.

The company this month announced a private-label agreement with Owners.com, a national database of for-sale-by-owner listings. The FSBO properties provided by Owners.com are now included with Foreclosure.com’s foreclosure listings for each state. Foreclosure.com subscribers receive the FSBO data at no additional charge.

As part of the Web site enhancements, Foreclosure.com added more detailed tax roll property and direct seller information for foreclosure and FSBO properties on its details level page.
