Paragon handles Seattle dispositions

Paragon recently arranged the sale of six multifamily communities and a vacant lot in Seattle, Wash.

The total value of the transactions was $8.3 million.

The Stratford Court Apartments sold for $1.5 million. This 36-unit apartment building is located at 12314 32nd Ave. NE. Cathy Jeney and Peter Larsen of Paragon represented the seller in this transaction.

Cowen Park Apartments sold for $900,000. This building has seven units and is located at 1401-1409 NE 56th. Michael McQuaid of Paragon represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction.

An 11-unit complex sold for $985,000. Built in 1959, this property is located at 2323 W Boston St. Paul Mickley of Paragon represented the seller in this transaction.

A 4-unit building sold for $750,000. This building is located at 4411 44th Ave. SW. Peter Larsen and Cathy Jeney of Paragon represented the seller in this transaction.

Averill Apartments sold for $1.8 million. This 15-unit building was built in 1929 and is located at 325 Summit Ave. E. Peter Larsen of Paragon represented the seller and Paul Mickley of Paragon represented the buyer in this transaction.

Consul Apartments sold for $1.7 million. This building has 13 units and is located at 516 Summit Ave. E. Peter Larsen of Paragon represented the seller and Paul Mickley of Paragon represented the buyer in this transaction.

A parcel of commercial land sold for $640,000. This land is located at 6319 112th St. in Puyallup, Wash. Ed Hewson of Paragon represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction.
