Voit brokers Orange County office deals

Voit Commercial Brokerage recently negotiated five office transactions in Orange County, Calif., totaling 118,753 square feet.

The total value of the transactions was $13.3 million.

Dolphin Partners, an Irvine, Calif.-based real estate investment company, acquired a 40,420-square-foot office building for $4.6 million. The office building is located at 30211 Avenida de Las Banderas in Rancho Santa Margarita.

Sam Olmstead and Dave Alderman of Voit’s Irvine office represented the buyer. Collins Commercial represented the seller, Ornest Family Trust.

Casa La Palma acquired a 23,384-square-foot office building located at 101 East La Palma Ave. in Anaheim. The transaction was valued at $2.8 million.

Alan Pekarcik, Dan Vittone, Rob Mitchell and Mike Bouma of Voit’s Irvine office represented the seller, ACC Point. Wil Smith and John Tumminello of Greenlaw Partners represented the buyer, Casa La Palma.

Private investor Mona Rosenberg acquired a 9,273-square-foot R&D building valued at $2.8 million. The building is located at 2887 Edinger Ave. in Tustin.

Jeff Mitchell of Voit’s Irvine office represented the seller, Turner New Zealand Inc. Kevin Quick of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.

The Andrew and Candace Shouse Living Trust has acquired a 24,000-square-foot industrial building located at 6801 Paramount Blvd. in Long Beach. The transaction was valued at $1.8 million.

George Hapsic of Voit’s Anaheim Metro office represented the buyer and the seller, The Lunney Family Trust.

Turner Development sold a 9,336-square-foot industrial building valued at $1.3 million. It is located at 13805 Alton Parkway in Irvine.

Christine Bowen of Lee and Associate’s Irvine office represented the buyer, The Gensler Family. Sam Olmstead Tim Walker also represented the seller, Turner Development.
