San Francisco apartment portfolio sold

Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale of a portfolio of seven apartment properties in San Francisco.

The apartment and land package commanded a sales price of $26.3 million.

The Chapman Portfolio is comprised of a total of 135 multifamily units located in the neighborhoods of Noe Valley, Pacific Heights and Haight Asbury. The properties in the portfolio include:

  • 610 Clipper Ave. in Noe Valley, with a total of 21 units and 16,628 rentable square feet. The property sold for approximately $4.2 million.
  • 660 Clipper Ave. in Noe Valley, with a total of 24 units and 17,177 rentable square feet. The property sold for $4.6 million.
  • 650 Alvarado St. in Noe Valley, with a total of 27 units and 21,237 rentable square feet. The property sold for $4.9 million.
  • 1440 Sutter St. in Pacific Heights, with a total of 15 units and 15,015 rentable square feet. The property sold for $3.5 million.
  • 2120 California St. in Pacific Heights, with a total of 18 units and 20,022 rentable square feet. The property sold for $3.9 million.
  • 3099 Washington St. in Pacific Heights, with a total of 24 units and 13,274 rentable square feet. The property sold for $4 million.
  • 244 Grattan St. in Haight Asbury, with six units and 4,900 square feet. The building sold for $1.3 million.

A private local investor sold the entire portfolio to a local investment group.
