Countrywide and Prudential Serls Prime Properties have formed a joint venture, Heritage Mortgage, Countrywide announced today.
Heritage Mortgage will be an operating series of Countrywide Mortgage Ventures LLC and will have locations in Somers, N.Y. and Wappinger Falls, N.Y.
The joint venture is the latest in a string of joint ventures the company has announced this year, including ones in northwest Montana and Hawaii.
Countrywide Mortgage Ventures was founded in 2001 to facilitate joint ventures between Countrywide Home Loans and various homebuilders, real estate companies and financial services companies. The company is headquartered in Calabasas, Calif.
Prudential Serls Prime Properties is a dominant broker in the Hudson Valley, and operates nine local sales offices in LaGrange, East Fishkill, Fishkill, Red Hook, Somers, Katonah, Brewster, Irvington and Tarrytown.
