Coldwell real estate brokerage grows in California

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage today announced it has acquired Kendall, Potter & Mann Realtors Inc. in Santa Cruz, Calif. The company, which formerly operated as Coldwell Banker Jackson & Mann, and its three offices in Aptos, Capitola and Santa Cruz, will now operate as Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

Chris Trapani will continue in his role as president and chief operating officer for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Silicon Valley. Kip Jackson and Dave Mann, owners of Coldwell Banker Jackson & Mann, will remain with the newly combined company in management roles, overseeing the Capitola and Aptos offices, respectively. Margaret Campbell will continue to lead the Santa Cruz office.

Coldwell Banker Jackson & Mann’s 100 sales associates accounted for $511 million in sales volume during the last 12 months, according to a company statement.

Santa Cruz is the second new market entry for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the past two months. In June, the company also acquired Vacaville-based North Bay Realty Inc., a real estate brokerage in Solano County.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage serves the markets of Silicon Valley, Sacramento/Tahoe and the San Francisco Bay Area. The company has 68 office locations and more than 4,700 sales associates throughout Northern California.
