Lerner Enterprises purchased Wilde Lake Apartments, a 190-unit apartment property in Richmond, Va.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
The property has been acquired from Equity Residential.
Built in 1989, the community includes amenities such as a 22-acre stocked lake with pier, a tot lot play area, a lighted tennis court, a year-round swimming pool, a car-care center and a clubhouse with a fitness center and sauna.
Four different floorplans are offered, ranging from 760 to 1,170 square feet. Included are 67 one-bedroom, 109 two-bedroom and 14 three-bedroom residences, some with optional dens, vaulted ceilings and wood burning fireplaces.
North Bethesda, Md.-based Lerner Enterprises is a private real estate developer operating in the Washington, D.C., area.
