The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
This transaction marks the company’s 81st neighborhood shopping center purchase and its first in Pennsylvania.
The property is anchored by a Giant Eagle grocery store, Kmart and A.J. Wright.
Phillips Edison & Co. is a fully integrated real estate company that acquires, develops, redevelops, leases and manages its retail real estate portfolio.
