Six-building complex bought in San Diego County

Westcore Freightways LLC acquired Alpine Creek Center, a six-building, 73,402-square-foot retail center in Alpine, Calif.

The value of the transaction was $8.6 million. 

The seller was Alpine Creek Center Co.    

Alpine Creek Center is situated on 10.3 acres in the community of Alpine, which is located directly off Interstate 8 in east San Diego County. The center’s address is 1347, 1385 and 1392 Tavern Road.

Alpine Creek Center was 100 percent occupied at the time of sale, and is anchored by Alpine Creek Market, the community’s largest grocery store, which totals 22,000 square feet. Other tenants include Bread Basket Restaurant, Radio Shack, Curves and San Diego County Sheriff’s Department. 

Westcore Properties LLC is a private commercial real estate investment firm.
