From greeting cards to soybeans

Binswanger/CBB recently concluded the sale of the former American Greetings facility containing 770,925 square feet in McCrory, Ark.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

The property is located at Route 2 and Highway 64-Business, and is situated on 160 acres.

American Greetings, a publicly owned creator, manufacturer and distributor of social expression products, sold the property to Lawhon Seed, an agricultural company specializing in the soybean business.

Lawton Seed purchased this property as an investment and plan to use it for storage, then lease or sell it to another buyer.

Philadelphia-based Binswanger/CBB is an international, full-service real estate organization.
