Developer lands Orange County office space

Orange County, Calif.-based Olen Properties acquired Century Centre, a 447,692-square-foot office complex in Irvine, Calif.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Located at 2601 and 2603 Main St. in Orange County’s Greater John Wayne Airport submarket, Century Centre is comprised of two 13-story, class A office towers and an adjacent six-level parking structure, which can accommodate more than 1,500 automobiles. The complex was completed in 1988 and has undergone significant tenant space re-fitting and exterior common area upgrades over the past 24 months, according to Cushman & Wakefield, which represented property owner CB Richard Ellis Investors in the disposition.

Anchored by Ameriquest Mortgage, Fed Ex and law firms Palmieri Tyler and Murtaugh Miller, Century Centre was 93 percent leased at the time of sale.
