New Web service prepares, tracks real estate documents

North American Holding Co., a national document preparation and recording service, has launched TitleRight, a Web-based document service designed to help lawyers, lenders, title companies and others create and track documents, templates and forms.

The technology allows users to create one document at a time or bulk documents through an automated data transfer system that is designed to integrate with a client’s existing database. TitleRight features a privacy-protected login that allows only registered customers to access company documents. Users can request and create documents from any location at any time, the company said.

TitleRight’s library of existing documents includes: deeds, assignments, releases, satisfactions, reconveyances, subordinations, buy/sell agreements, escrow instructions, FSBO documents and affidavits, among other documents.

Robbie Graham, president of Nevada Title Co., said his company has used TitleRight to handle cleanup projects, maintain monthly assignment reconveyance files and prevent document backlogs.

“We continue to explore other avenues where Nevada Title Co. can partner with TitleRight,” Graham said. Companies that offer document services can partner with TitleRight for one-time projects or outsourcing to generate more business.

Companies can send TitleRight a stream of data and the company can send an image file of a document that can then be printed out.

The TitleRight application is designed to instantly create compliant real estate documents for all 50 states. The patent-pending technology is intended to reduce document preparation time by at least 65 percent for documents such as deeds, HUD-1s and other similar documents.

North American Holding Co. is the parent company to North American Deed, TitleRight, DeedPro and uDeed.
