A partnership between Ford Motor Co. and ABN AMRO Mortgage Group now offers a private-label version of mortgage.com to the automaker’s employees, with discounts on lending services and mortgage products.
AAMG, through its National Lending Center Affinity and Relocation Lending division, will offer Ford employees a wide range of rates and programs with its guaranteed OneFee mortgage, including interest-only, fixed-rate and adjustable-rate loans. OneFee guarantees, at the time the loan’s interest rate is locked, all of the typical lender-related fees associated with obtaining a mortgage loan.
Ford employees also benefit from mortgage tools now available via the company Intranet, including online mortgage application submission, interest rate quotes and mortgage calculators.
ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, with approximately 3,000 employees, is one of the largest loan originators and loan servicers in the United States.
