ERA targets senior real estate market

ERA Real Estate on Wednesday announced a new marketing and prospecting system that aims to help its sales associates address the specific needs and concerns of 50-plus consumers, which represents one of the fastest-growing segment of today’s real estate market.

The ERA New Thresholds program provides ERA brokers and sales associates with targeted marketing and presentation materials, including separate brochures for both mature home buyers and mature home sellers. ERA members can also employ several new print and banner advertisements that can be customized to meet the needs of each individual real estate professional.

In addition, the New Thresholds program includes a video that highlights the ERA commitment to the mature home buyer and profiles success stories of ERA sales associates and brokers who have worked within this market.

“Mature home buyers and sellers often have very unique and diverse needs,” said Brenda W. Casserly, president and COO, ERA Franchise Systems Inc. “Through the ERA New Thresholds program our brokers and sales associates can provide customized and personalized real estate services – whether a mature consumer is looking to buy a vacation home, investment properties or a place to retire.”

The ERA real estate network includes approximately 33,200 brokers and sales associates and more than 2,600 offices throughout the United States and 30 other countries and territories.
