Online transaction platform opens to 11,600 agents

Members of a Los Angeles area multiple listing service now have access to an online transaction system helping them manage their real estate deals from listing to closing.

The Combined Los Angeles and Westside Multiple Listing Service entered an agreement with First American Residential Group, providing the 11,600 MLS members access to Transaction Manager, a Web-based transaction system.

Transaction Manager will integrate with The MLS/CLAW’s MLS platform. Members of the MLS include the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, the Southwest Los Angeles Board of Realtors and the Malibu Association of Realtors.

The regional implementation of Transaction Manager is the first-of-its-kind in Southern California, and will enable the entire The MLS/CLAW membership to use a common platform to manage transaction checklists and documents, as well as order products and services.

Transaction Manager provides access to a variety of settlement vendors, a common data repository, private branding and role-based security throughout.

With the addition of the MLS/CLAW membership base, Transaction Manager has nearly 80,000 registered users, according to First American.

First American Residential Group, a member of The First American group of companies, provides service, products, outsourcing and technology to members of the real estate and relocation industries.
