Binswanger negotiated the sale of the 85,600-square-foot, former Sysco Foods property in Pleasantville, N.J.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Trump Hotel and Casino Resorts purchased the property, located at 100 Century Drive in the Offshore Commercial Park, from Sysco.
Sysco Foods, distributors of food and food-related products and services, had been leasing the property to Trump for its supply and equipment storage needs.
Parking for more than 90 vehicles is included.
Philadelphia-based Binswanger is an international, full-service real estate organization.
