ScreenDreamer launches real estate incentive program

ScreenDreamer, an online marketing service for real estate agents, has launched a consumer incentive program through a new partnership, the company announced today.

Available through a partnership with Baton Networks of Conshohocken, Pa., the program allows real estate agents to offer incentives to online visitors to their individual Web site from such companies as Sears, Target, Sherwin-Williams and ADT security systems, among others.

The purpose of the incentive program is to help cultivate online visitors into clients, according to Billy Martin, vice president of marketing for ScreenDreamer.

“Targeted consumer incentives are a great value added component for the real estate clients we serve,” said Martin. “Now, through our Agent Success Program, any one of our thousands of Realtors can provide promotional coupons to their customers through ScreenDreamer’s online home search tools.”

Marlton, N.J.-based ScreenDreamer started in the real estate space in late 1999 by providing access to home listings. The company began as an IDX (Internet data exchange) and broker reciprocity service provider, and now also creates the consumer Web interface and offers marketing for real estate firms.

Baton works with third parties, such as home-service companies, communications providers and major retailers, to link advertisers with Web publishers, said Fiori. “The goal of our company is to become the marketplace where Web publishers and advertisers come together for targeted transaction relationships,” said Robert Fiori, president of Baton Networks.
