Inman Stories, produced by Inman News, and luxury home leader Chase International have launched a new video magazine that showcases Lake Tahoe properties using Internet movies produced by Inman News.

“Chase International is a perfect partner for the first private-label version of Inman Stories because Shari Chase is a leader in luxury home marketing,” said Bradley Inman, publisher of Inman News and Inman Stories. “Shari has some of the most impressive home listings in the world, perfectly suited for our Internet movie project, which is catching on around the globe.”

Inman Stories has produced more than 15 films for Chase, which are being distributed on Yahoo!, the Wall St. Journal online, and MSN. Professional filmmakers capture the essence of these unique homes, masterfully engaging the viewer while letting the story behind the house unfold.

“I believe in selling a lifestyle, and the films from Inman Stories help us convey the lifestyle and unique experience behind all of our properties,” said Shari Chase, president and CEO of Chase International.

The movies are presented in an electronic magazine format with each page containing a different Chase film. The magazine also sports a movie capturing the Chase experience as well as all of the vitals of the firm. It links back to the Chase Web site.

Chase Realtors are using the video magazine to secure new high-end listings. Last week, Inman Stories shot a film of a $14.5 million Lake Tahoe listing secured by Chase after the new video magazine was demonstrated to the seller who was captured by the use of Internet videos for high-end homes.

Inman News launched Inman Stories in July at Real Estate Connect in San Francisco. The video magazine focuses on high-end homes, destinations and interesting people. Inman Stories is making dozens of new videos each week and is working with big brokers around the country.
