NewBridge Retail Advisors recently served as advisor in the sale of Southbrook Village in Alabaster, Ala.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Southbrook Village is a 134,777-square-foot Bruno’s shadow-anchored community center located at the intersection of Alabama Hwy. 119 and U.S. Hwy. 31. The center is anchored by a 55,000-square-foot Bruno’s (not owned), CATO Fashions, Shoe Department, Hallmark Crown Store and Dollar General.
Southbrook Village LLC sold the property to Phillips Edison Group LLC.
