Chicago firm joins Sotheby’s

A large real estate firm in Chicago is the latest to join Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates, the company announced Thursday.

Sudler Real Estate Brokerage, which has about 300 sales associates in four offices throughout Chicago, has joined the Sotheby’s International Realty luxury real estate network.

The firm, which is owned by Janice Corley, will now conduct business as Sudler Sotheby’s International Realty and market all of its property listings under this new name.

Sudler Real Estate Brokerage was established in 1927 and represents properties throughout Chicago’s neighborhoods, including Gold Coast, Streeterville, New East Side, River North, Buck Town, Wicker Park, DePaul, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Lincoln Square, Ravenswood, Edgewater, Lincolnwood, South Loop, Hyde Park, Kenwood and other surrounding areas.

Sotheby’s International Realty includes a real estate brokerage operation and a franchise/affiliate system of independently owned and operated real estate companies.
