The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
The BI-LO grocery-anchored shopping center is located at the corner of St. Matthews Road and Chestnut Street.
An affiliate of Kimco Realty Corp. sold the asset to Diversified Realty Ventures
Cushman & Wakefield is a privately held real estate services firm.
