Triple Net Properties LLC arranged the purchase of Maitland Promenade, an approximately 230,366-square-foot office building in Maitland, Fla.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Tenant-in-common investors purchased the five-story property from Opus Real Estate Ventures LLC.
Maitland Promenade was constructed in 2001 and was fully leased at the time of sale to nine tenants, including Star Networks Inc., UnitedHealthcare and Option One Mortgage.
Triple Net Properties LLC provides a full-range of services, including asset and property management, brokerage, leasing, analysis and consultation.
