Triple Net Properties LLC arranged the purchase of Sixth Avenue West, a 124,555-square-foot office building in Golden, Colo.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Tenant-in-common investors purchased the eight-story property from CMD Realty.
The property was approximately 93 percent leased at the time of sale by a number of tenants, including Black Hills Energy Inc., Computershare Investor Services Inc. and Ceric Inc.
Triple Net Properties LLC provides a full range of services, including asset and property management, brokerage, leasing, analysis and consultation.
