Trammell Crow Co. negotiated the sale of 212th Business Park, a 961,000-square-foot industrial park in Kent, Wash.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
American Realty Advisors purchased the property from VEF Advisors.
212th Business Park is one of the largest warehouse/distribution parks located in the north end of the Kent Valley, a highly concentrated industrial market just south of Seattle, according to a press statement.
Trammell Crow Co. is a diversified commercial real estate services provider.
