Boulder Net Lease Funds LLC, a national investor in net-leased properties, acquired a multistory office building in Lenexa, Kan.
The value of the transaction was $6.2 million.
The single-tenant property is located in the southwest metro of Kansas City in an office park. The asset is comprised of 105,000 square feet on 15.3 acres of land.
Sprint, a telecommunications company, occupied the property at the time of sale.
