Coldwell real estate expands in New England

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., on Thursday announced its acquisition of William Orange Realty Inc., which maintains its headquarters in Orange, Conn., as well as sales offices in New Haven and Woodbridge.

The three-office firm will now operate under the banner of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

William Orange Realty’s 57 sales associates accounted for a total closed sales volume of approximately $220 million during the past 12 months, according to a press statement. The company’s president and broker-in-charge, Frank D’Ostilio Jr., will remain with the combined company as a vice president, joining the senior management team.

With this acquisition, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage now has eight offices in New Haven County: Madison, Woodbridge, Cheshire, Orange, North Haven, Milford, Westville/Woodbridge and Oxford, Conn.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is a member of the NRT family of companies, one of the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage conglomerates. NRT is a subsidiary of Cendant Corp.
