Investor lands retail center in Sonora, Calif.

Triple Net Properties recently announced the sale of Timberhills Shopping Center in Sonora, Calif., on behalf of tenant-in-common investors.

 

The transaction was valued at $11.8 million.

 

Timberhills Shopping Center is a 102,407-square-foot retail center situated at the intersection of Highway 108 and Greenley Road in Sonora, and is anchored by Ross Dress for Less and Save Mart, which together occupy 74 percent of the leasable area. The property was 98 percent occupied at the time of the sale.

 

Timberhills also features well known tenants including Baskin Robbins, General Nutrition Center, and Sonora Hospital.

 

Bill Rose of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer, Read Investments, in the transaction. Alan Krueger of Marcus & Millichap represented the tenant in common sellers.
