A ‘night light’ for real estate signs

Real estate agents can extend the sales day with a new product from Listing Light that is a battery operated “night light” for real estate signs.

A built in night sensor automatically turns the Listing Light on in the evening, using C batteries that will last approximately one month, the company said. The fully illuminated real estate signs have four super bright LED bulbs on each side that will continue to shine up to 10,000 hours.

The Listing Light attaches to all real estate signs on the top, side or bottom. The unit is tamper resistant with two security features that affix without damaging real estate signs. Listing Light is made with the highest ABS grade plastic to withstand outside elements

San Diego Realtor Bob Visotcky developed the Listing Light, “After losing a listing early in my real estate career, I was determined to find out who I lost the listing to. I drove by the home early the next evening and saw the sign, but I couldn’t read it.” This experience served as the inspiration for the concept of the Listing Light. “I decided to create the Listing Light to address issues affecting Realtors today, such as extending the sales day and increasing exposure for the Realtor and the listing”.

The cost for Listing Lights is $29.95, or four for $100, for a limited time. More information is available on the company’s Web site, ListingLight.com.

Other devices for lighting up real estate signs at night have come on the market in recent years. Lighthouse Marketing in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Fla., and Real-T-Lite of Largo, Fla., each have been working on solar-powered real estate signposts that illuminate for-sale signs at night.
