Warner Marketplace sells near Los Angeles

Transwestern Commercial Services announced that its West Coast Multi Housing Capital Advisors Group has negotiated the sale of Warner Marketplace, a 160,075-square-foot power center in Woodland Hills, Calif.

The value of the transaction was $52 million.

A portfolio managed by UBS Realty Investors LLC purchased the property from Century City, Calif.-based Bisno Development. Situated on a 10.3-acre site at 6500 Canoga Ave., Warner Marketplace is anchored by many national retailers, including Bed Bath & Beyond, Borders Books and Pier 1 Imports.
