Sotheby’s name grows in Garden State

Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates has expanded its luxury housing brand footprint in New Jersey with Heritage House Realtors joining the network.

Monmouth County, N.J.-based Heritage House has four offices and more than 150 sales associates, and will now do business as Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty.

The firm will continue to be independently owned and managed by Mary Burke.

As a part of the Sotheby’s network, the firm’s property listings will be part of Sotheby’s marketing systems that target buyers around the world.

Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates Inc. is a subsidiary of Cendant Corp.

Residential real estate brokerage firms that join the new Sotheby’s International Realty luxury franchise network have access to marketing, information technology, operations, public relations, recruiting, client referrals and training.

The Sotheby’s International Realty network has offices in London; Cannes; Paris; Sydney; Vancouver; Beverly Hills, Calif.; Dallas; Las Vegas; Miami; New York; Palm Beach, Fla.; and San Francisco, as well as resort areas such as Aspen, Colo.; the Bahamas; Santa Fe, N.M.; and Newport, R.I.
