Colliers International brokered the acquisition of Busch Corporate Park, a 191,430-square-foot distribution property in Fairfield, Calif.
Lincoln Property Co. Commercial Inc. purchased the 9-acre property from Tulloch Construction Inc. for an undisclosed amount.
Lincoln is purchasing the property for speculative opportunity. The shortage of local inventory in Fairfield has recently led to such speculation, according to a press statement.
Colliers is one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the world with more than 247 offices in 50 countries in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and greater Asia.
