Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale of the 144-unit Eagle Ridge Apartments in Colton, Calif.
The value of the transaction was approximately $14.3 million.
Eagle Ridge Apartments is a 128,432-square-foot property located at 1313 & 1315 South Meadow Lane. Built in 1979, the property is situated on 6 acres. The gated community features two refreshing swimming pools, one soothing spa, covered barbecue area, and a playground that is surrounded by grass, carports, two workshops, and two laundry rooms.
A California-based private investor sold the property to a private investment group.
Encino, Calif.-based Marcus & Millichap is a commercial real estate brokerage operating nationwide.
