BPG Properties Ltd. has executed a long-term lease with Sephora USA Inc. for 100 percent of the space at Harford Distribution Center, a 316,524-square-foot warehouse facility in Belcamp, Md.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
The facility is situated within the Riverside Business Park at 4622 Mercedes Drive on approximately 15 acres.
As part of the lease transaction, Sephora expanded by approximately 110,000 square feet into space formerly occupied by a third-party logistics firm. Sephora is a division of Moet Hennessey Louis Vuitton and operates 110 beauty products stores located throughout the United States and Canada. Harford Distribution Center will serve as the company’s main distribution facility in the United States.
Constructed in 1996, Harford Distribution Center boasts clear ceiling heights ranging from 28 feet to 30 feet and 60 bay doors that are cross-docked.
Philadelphia-based BPG Properties Ltd., the operating affiliate of Berwind Property Group, owns a portfolio of more than 20 million square feet of office, retail, student housing, hotel and industrial properties and approximately 22,000 apartment units.
