A la mode has released a new online mortgage loan application system for mortgage brokers and loan officers, enabling 24/7 availability of the loan status for borrowers.
The application, FleXApp 1003 enables mortgage brokers to provide more customer service in a secure Web environment. FleXApp 1003 is completely housed on a la mode’s secure servers and the administration interface is accessible from any computer, any time.
“Borrowers today pay bills, bank and shop online,” said Brad Eaton, A la mode’s vice president of mortgage products. “They want to apply for and manage their mortgage loans in the same secure, private environment.” Brokers who don’t heed their customers’ demand for increased efficiency, privacy and security online will be left behind, Eaton noted.
The application currently is available to Mortgage XSites users, as well as separately.
Eaton said that while the public face of FleXApp 1003 appeals to borrowers, it is also a comprehensive management tool for the broker. For example, brokers can share access to certain information with real estate agent colleagues and limit staff members in bigger offices to the borrowers assigned to them. Also, notifications and status updates can be sent to multiple e-mail addresses.
A la mode develops desktop, mobile, and Web tools for the real estate and mortgage industries. The company has offices in Salt Lake City, Oklahoma City and Washington, D.C.
