Loma Verde Properties recently signed a family-owned coffee bean importer to a 123-month lease of distribution space in San Leandro, Calif.
The value of the transaction was approximately $7.5 million.
The Annex will be leasing 130,738 square feet of cross dock space at 1951 Fairway Drive. The company is relocating some of its headquarters from the Oakland Army Base.
The 290,000-square-foot office complex is now 100 percent leased.
Colliers International, one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the world, brokered the transaction.
