TIC investors sell Sacramento Valley mall

Triple Net Properties represented tenant-in-common investors in the sale of County Fair Mall in Woodland, Calif.

The value of the transaction was $15.1 million.

County Fair Mall is an enclosed, one-story, retail mall consisting of 397,071 rentable square feet. Anchored by JC Penny, Target, Mervyn’s and Gottschalks at the time of sale, the mall contains approximately 63 in-line tenant suites. County Fair was built in 1986 and is situated on 36 acres at the intersection of East Street and East Gibson Road.

Raymond Arjmand purchased the property.
